This community, these workouts, Marnie have all changed my life!! I started doing these workouts last May with the initial goal of losing weight and getting more fit. Both of these have happened and more importantly I have much less anxiety and stress and much more serenity and self confidence. Exercising is really fun now and I actually look forward to these workouts. I’ve gained so much from discovering Marnie and her workouts last year and I’m so grateful to be a part of this community!
Physically I'm like, damn girl ya look good. My arms feel stronger than ever before and I'm definitely getting some abs. Mentally, I struggle with OCD and anxiety and these workout really help me by practicing mindfulness. AKA I'm in love and barre is for badasses.
The corrections, the tweaks, the attention to form and technique are always on point(e), always at the right place, just when I’m flagging, drawing my attention to someplace new so I don’t cave. Thoroughly enjoyed this sweat sesh Love starting my day with your energy and affirmations Marnie!
